A total of PhP 202,500,000 for 11 projects was downloaded to Mt. Province  under the Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan (PAMANA) through the DILG starting in 2012.  This is aside from the PAMANA program under the CBA-CPLA and the Government of the Philippines MOA in 2011 and other PAMANA projects downloaded to the province through other national line agencies.

As of press time, six of these projects were completed benefitting thousands of constituents in various communities in Mt. Province.  The Betwagan Bridge Phase II worth P 31M was destroyed by Typhoon Ineng in 2015 and funding assistance from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council was subsequently requested.

The completed projects were the Construction of Betwagan Bridge Phase I worth P 21M in 2012, and in 2013, the Improvement of the Bontoc-Mainit Road worth P 20M, Besao-Tubo Road Opening worth P50M, Improvement of the Natonin-Toboy Road worth P 20M, and Improvement of the Poblacion-Marat Road in Paracelis worth P 7M. The project Concreting with Riprapping of the Fabuyan-Fang-orao Road in Bontoc worth P 25 M was funded in 2015.

For 2016, a total of 28.5 Million Pesos will be downloaded after the election ban to various LGUs in the province. This fund will cover the following projects: Completion of the Evacuation Center in Ambagiw, Besao worth P 1.5M, Improvement of the Can-eo Waiting Shed in Bontoc worth 1M, Improvement of Water works in Kayan West and Lubon of Tadian worth P 6M, and Improvement of the Betwagan Access Road in Sadanga worth P 20M. # DILG Mt.
