“Mamamayang Ayaw sa Anomalya, Mamamayang Ayaw sa Ilegal na Droga” or MASA MASID is a community-based initiative of the DILG that engages volunteers in the fight against criminality and illegal drugs. It encourages collaboration of different sector in the community which will be mobilized to complement the efforts of the National Government in its advocacy to eradicate illegal drugs and illegal activities.

As a strategy, the MASA MASID Program mobilizes and converges the Barangay Action Team (BATs) composed of CSOs, NGOs and Barangay-Based Institutions (BBIs) to advocate crime prevention, peace and order, security, and in enhancing transparency and accountability in the barangay.
